About ordering:

I accept orders through E-mail or US Postal mail only.
For mailing address, please send an e-mail to orders@just2cute.com and I will reply with information on where to send your order form. I do not post our mailing address on this site to limit solicitations from web-marketing organizations.

I depend on you to understand the rules and regulations for your gym about making or ordering team related items that may include their trademarked design and/or logo.  By placing an order for any item that may include your cheer teams trademarked logo, you have accepted responsibility for following your gyms rules.  While I only receive orders from referrals and provide pictures of completed orders on my website, I do not perform marketing of any cheer team.

All orders are made in order of payment received. I do not hold completion time slots based on inquiries.  As an example, if you inquire about having a uniform made and ask about turn around time and then decide later that you want to order, the time I provided may no longer be accurate if paid orders came in between the time you asked and payment is received.  During peak season, this can change within hours, so I recommend to either place orders immediately after inquiring or asking again prior to payment.  For this reason PayPal is a recommended payment method since it is immediate.  Since I do not confirm and book an order until a check is received, your order completion time may have changed while in transit through the postal system.

Please Note: I wanted to give you advanced notice that the turn around time can vary dramatically depending on what time of year you place your order, so please plan well enough in advance. Since I do everything personally from designing and sewing to putting the stamps on the envelope and dropping it off at the post office, my capacity is limited.  I do put a limit on the number of orders I can handle in a given month, so during peak times of the cheer season, it can be a few months from the time you place your order until the time I get it in the mail.

How to order custom doll uniforms:
For quicker processing, orders are best placed by e-mail at orders@just2cute.com

Step 1:
If you see a photo of a custom team uniform that is displayed in my Photo Gallery, then you can tell me which picture it is that you would like to order.  Most pictures are named with home state abbreviations and some teams have multiple choices and have been named uniquely (ex. team unifrom #1, team uniform #2).  So please order based on what the photo is named.

If you do not see a photo of your team uniform in the Photo Gallery, then the first step to order a custom uniform is to send me pictures.
  1. You should provide at least 4-5 photos of the uniform placed on a neutral colored background as shown below. The more detail I can see the better for the doll uniform.
The photos I will need are:
* Front and back of uniform shirt and skirt. (separate photos please)
* Side of arm and skirt. (anywhere there is detail)
**IMPORTANT** CLOSE- UP picture of just the logo.
TIP: If you lay the uniform on the ground and stand on top of the shirt and take the picture straight down that normally works great.
Keep in mind that one of the most important photos is the logo since that is what I use for designing your doll outfit logo.
  1. Please be sure that the lighting represents the colors accurately since I will be using your photos for color matching.
  2. Describe the coloring and striping in your e-mail with the photos. As you can see from the sample photos below, silver striping can sometimes appear white, so I want your order to be accurate by identifying colors.
  3. If you are e-mailing digital photos, they should be sized to 500x500 whenever possible to save on file size.  If you are not sure how to do that, its ok, just send what you have.

Once I receive all required information and photos , I will provide you with an estimated time window of the beginning, middle, or end of the month your order is to be completed in.  Once payment is received, that is when your completion time window is confirmed.  
I  collect all necessary details about your order upfront and ask any clarifying questions.  I am very particular on the quality of your order, so you will know in advanced if something cannot be scaled down to the size of a doll uniform.  When I get about two weeks from your order completion window I begin the final design phase for your order.  At this time I may validate any further questions I have prior to assembling your doll outfit or uniform.
