Lottery Ordering Process
Because of increased demand for uniforms and trying to make ordering more efficient, I am now using a lottery system to process orders.
Q: How does it work?
1. One day a month, I will collect order requests. On Tuesday, MAY 15th, from 8am PST until 8pm PST, you can email your order request for AUGUST delivery. You must indicate uniform info when submitting your order request. (see notes below)
2. I will collect all requests from that time period only and enter your names into my program that will randomly select for me.
3. On the following day, MAY 16th, beginning at 10am PST, I will e-mail those who are selected and send out an invoice to pay for your order. For those who did not get selected, I will send out an email indicating that your order was not selected and you will be able to try again during next month’s order lottery.
Notes:
- All information (i.e. How many uniforms you would like to order, how you would like to make payment, (paypal or check in the mail), pictures (If I have not made your uniform in the past) will be needed when your initial request is put in. That way as orders come in if anything is needed or something needs to be changed on your order I can let you know before I put your name into the program for being selected.
- Those who receive invoices for an order have 24hrs to pay for them if using PayPal -or- if making payment through the mail, I will inform you when I need to receive it by; otherwise, I will cancel the order and select the next person in line from the lottery results.

She LOVED it!!!!!! All the girls saw the doll at competition and wanted it. Several moms said "ok, I gotta know where you got that....so I pointed some more moms your way!)
She was so excited when she opened it. And I am soooo glad I got the clothes. She thought it was sooooo cool that the doll had the same shorts, t-shirt, and warm-ups that she does. She even took it down on the awards floor during the ASC competition! :-)
